Mrs. Earlene Burr has been in the aesthetic industry since 1996. She began her career as a skin care specialist and freelance makeup artist. In 2001, she added permanent makeup application to her already extensive repertoire of procedure and services.

In 2010, Earlene relocated her successful aesthetic business to Devlin Cosmetic Surgery, joining Dr. Michael Devlin. With 5 years medical practice management, 12 years corporate management coupled with 14 years as a business owner in the Aesthetic field, Earlene brings a diverse and comprehensively unique compilation of education and experience to patients and clientele. She is highly respected by peers and highly demanded by patients. Her character, honesty and willingness to assist in finding solutions are apparent at all levels of interaction.

In October 2010, Arkansas Democrat Gazette readers chose Earlene as "Best of the Best 2010" in the Permanent Cosmetics category.  Readers voted her company, Burr, Inc.,  as the "Best of the Best 2010" based on service, commitment and drive for excellence having made an impact on the community.

Burr is a certified laser technician (Sciton®, Cutera®) and has received advanced training from OBAGI® Medical Products, Inc., Atzen Laboratories®, DDF Labs, Inc.®, Jan Marini Skincare®, Murad Skin Care®, Valeant Pharmaceuticals® (Kinerase), Caleel-Hayden Labs®, and Dr. Irena Eris Laboratories®. Burr has also received Advance Course Training from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics, located in Arlington, TX.
